We only use timely for personal tax returns which we only do 10 Saturdays of the year. It runs the entire process for that : client books and changes own appt & gets confirmation emails, runs the day in terms of appt with some cool features to let us know next appt is here etc, then invoices allows us to mark as paid and then syncs to Xero. Then we can send automation campaigns based on services they have had etc without doing anything. It’s great for that end to end quick and easy process (and allows us to keep on top of everything timely for our clients who use as well)

Calendly is much better for organising appt only which suits us really well. We can block out days for appts and schedule the start time etc for each appt which allows you to program your day.

So both are great but we see them as very different tools.
