The Chinese tech industry isn’t a novelty. Don’t treat it like one.

“But a question on everyone’s mind is, “When will we see the first truly international Chinese giant?”

Indeed, the tremendous success of Alibaba’s IPO in the United States is proof that investors desire a stake in the Chinese economy.

Perhaps, the most viable candidate to break out of China and become a multinational company is BYD?

BYD (OTCMKTS:BYDDY) is, actually, already an international manufacturing company that focuses primarily on digital devices and automobiles.

Most notably, BYD Auto is a pioneer in the manufacture of electric vehicles within China that sells a car from each category class from plug-ins to an entirely electric vehicle. However, the management at BYD have been cautious in the sale of the automobiles which are only for sale domestically in China.

If BYD Auto can expand outside of China into South Korea, India and Europe then maybe it will gain renown and acclaim for its environmental stewardship.
