Jayanti Reddy is a renowned Hyderabad-based fashion designer who is passionate about handling natural fabrics like ikats, hand women textiles, etc. She earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Case Western Reserve University, Ohio. But due to her love for fashion has created a niche for herself in the fashion designing world. “A career in fashion didn’t seem likely, but I realized I had great passion for clothes” she says. Launching of her label

This self-taught fashion designer inaugurated her label ‘Jayanti Reddy’ in the year 2012. The label inculcates understated elegance and unique style into traditional clothing. This way she creates intensely personal and classical fashion statement.

She carefully picks hand woven and naturally dyed fabrics and finely embellished them with detailed hand embroidery in timelessly beautiful minimalist designs. She also creates casual wear in sleek signature style. Both her formal and casual wear creations are characterized by the sense of creativity, style and craftsmanship. Her presentation in the Lakme Fashion Week

She was given the esteemed invitation to participate in the Lakme Fashion Week 2017. Top models like Disha Patani and Carol Gracias, and other models stunningly walked the ramp wearing her creations. Disha Patani, the showstopper who was adorned in an ink blue embroided lehenga and choli with cream gotta patti, pola dot and duppatta complemented Jayanti Reddy saying that the designer has uniqueness and comfort in her collections. Taking of her lehenga, she said that lehengas usually are heavy, but her creation is so light weight that one can dance while wearing it. No wonder this Hyderabadi designer is growing in popularity with each passing season, and her creations are much sought after by fans all over the country.
