While some bashing from past generations may be stemmed out of bitterness, I do think that some complaints are stemmed out of love (not to say it is the right way to go about things). Our constant need to want to “fix” people and our loved ones leads to an unhealthy idea that we need to mould people, point fingers, and blame the previous generation.
But not all hope is lost. We choose the mindset we want to have starting now. We don’t have to be the generation that points fingers. We can be the generation that works together: bridge the gap between past, present, and future generations.
