Death row creativity

“Driftwood” has asked on Impossible for help organising an exhibition of artworks from death row inmates in California, so they can express their creativity. It is morally wrong to give criminals who caused immense pain to others, not just their victims, any exposure. This will add insult to injury to relatives and loved ones of their victims, will do nothing to defy a death sentence legislation, in fact will upset many more, and reinforce the thought that people condemned to the ultimate punishment should have the process sped up, so they cannot keep hurting victims’ relatives publishing memoirs, or exhibiting in galleries. I am against the death penalty, but also firmly against giving exposure to people who killed, tortured, and committed unspeakable acts against vulnerable people, including women and children. I see no benefit at all to other fellow human beings, just inflicting further pain.
