If You Give a Mouse a Cookie…
Make Sure It’s From The Point . Print it for yourself, bake them, or pass it along to friends and family.

3 cup AP flour
1½ teaspoon baking powder
1½ teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter, room temp
1½ cup brown sugar

1 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2½ cups chocolate chips
sea salt, sprinkle each cookie

  1. Preheat oven at 325F
  2. In a mixer, cream butter and both sugars together until pale and fluffy. 2–3 minutes
  3. Add one egg at a time to butter mixture until it is fully incorporated and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and baking powder together.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the mixer. Do not over mix. Less than 1 minute. Add all of the chocolate chips and mix for 10–15 second
  6. Let the batter chill in the fridge before portioning.
  7. Use a sheet pan with parchment paper and scoop batter out with a large spoon.
  8. Leave at least 2 inches in all sides. Slight press down on each cookie and sprinkle with a little sea salt. Bake at for 12–15 minutes. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack.
