I’m neither a millennial nor a 43 year old white man. What I am is tired of reading about millennials as if they are not people or as if I should cater my every thought to them. Maybe your article will help. If not, the consolation will be that by the time people starting writing about them going into retirement (much like the baby boomers) I could be dead.
