What advise do you have for other women in the industry?

The industry is so hard for anyone let alone women. For me personally assisting or working in the office was always pretty half and half but I never really had any high level women to look up to. I have no idea why but you would just see women tap out and do other things. Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, Barbara Broccoli of the James Bond film series, and scifi maven Gale Anne Hurd are the women I have and will always look up to. I think well, they did it , and men fear them haha. We need the next generation of those types of women and lord willing I can come to anything close over the span of my lifetime. Never give up, never let anyone tell you no, and if someone does you just keep asking until someone says yes. Science says women are better at communicating than men so lets apply that to cinema and visual story telling! @reelsoutherncharm
