Why did you decide to get into this industry?

Why did you decide to get into this industry? My dream since I was a little kid was to be an astronaut, make scifi films, or incorporate tech and science into exploring new ways to present visual story telling. I enjoy the science and technology behind making movies. I really hope VR takes off! The first time I ever saw the Star Wars movies two particular scenes stood out for me. #1 The Rainforest of Endor speeder bike chase #2 The Princess Leia R2-D2 Hologram. I know it sounds awfully silly but those two scenes made me want to make movies. I thought it was magic and I wanted to be apart of making those things happen. Working in film one day I could be in space, the next a hospital, or blowing up a strip mall. At first it was the wonder and as I’ve gotten older its the business and finance aspect that keep me on my feet. @reelsoutherncharm
