ANTIFA is WHITE male dominated. They Doxx and terrorize more WOMEN than men who may be conservative, or perhaps say the wrong thing, sometimes even harmless comments on social media that are distorted by false narrative to mean something else. The misogyny of Antifa is hidden and denied. Women are proven historically to fight back or defend themselves less. They make convenient and easy targets for the WHITE MALES who make up 98 percent of all ANTIFA cells in the United States, which is why they are targeted more than MEN.

THE ANDY NGO ASSAULT. ANTIFA has long claimed to be nonviolent, but known ANTIFA radicals assaulted Journalist and writer Andy Ngo June 29th, 2019, leaving him injured and in the hospital in serious condition. Ngo was assaulted for bringing light to the abuses committed by Antifa radicals in his written articles and essays, and in his book, Unmasked: Inside Antifa’s Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy. These are hypocritical abuses committed in the name of social justice and in the fight against fascism and oppression. Antifa radicals assaulted Andy Ngo brazenly, and stupidly during daylight hours, and while they were being filmed from multiple angles. Ngo’s injuries were documented and substantiated by Portland medical doctors. Even before he could get to the hospital, his eyes were swelling and it was clear he had sustained serious injuries to his head. Later it was revealed he had experienced a traumatic head injury and had sustained a “brain bleed” which could have been fatal if not treated properly and in a timely manner.
This also is ANTIFA.
Antifa continue to assault and threaten to kill media and other writers who are critical. This included even well-known nonpartisan media like professional photographer John Cocozza. At a pro Trump gathering, in January 2021, Cocozza was repeatedly assaulted in California by a large group of crazed, wild Antifa radicals. They were filmed screaming at him and assaulting him, along with several other people who appeared to be simple pedestrians and/or bystanders or residents of the area. Another man was assaulted and beaten with batons and even skateboards by a group of over 12 young Antifa radicals. A 14-year-old boy was also beaten, unprovoked and for no apparent reason. Later, after Cocozza managed to get away from the first group who descended on him, he was approached by another group of Antifa radicals, one of whom tried to crush his skull with a skateboard, but he deflected the blow and it landed on his shoulder, instead. (Above photo). Cocozza and the other people who were assaulted were not Trump supporters, but just bystanders and residents who happened to be walking in the area when Antifa swarmed them.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them. When ANTIFA says they will fight their warped and fluidly morphing idea of fascism and oppression “by any means necessary,” believe them. That clear statement includes the idea of all manner of violence, including HOMICIDAL violence — MURDER.

ANTIFA cells use the idealized and unrealistic image of mythic superhero WHITE women to promote their WHITE MALE dominated Cult. This is also ANTIFA. The suggestion, visually, is that People of Color NEED White Saviors, namely, WHITE MEN and that they need them because people of color cannot do it on their own. This is false. Black leaders are capable and effective in their roles, but they are often ignored by ANTIFA cells and their hidden leaders, used only as props for visuals and to make statements to media, for purposes of disseminating Antifa propaganda.

* WHITE women and people of color are often used as “props” in ANTIFA “peaceful protests” which turn into violent riots filled with assault, arson and threats of murder against police and anyone who disagrees with their radical methodologies. Sometimes protest events are unplanned and organic, as in the case of Naked Athena, although “Jen” AKA Naked Athena, has stated the night she removed her clothing, she wanted to defuse a potentially violent situation and so to demonstrate her harmlessness, she stripped to show her naked body. Most other instances of “Direct Action” by Antifa radicals are choreographed, planned and organized to do as much damage as possible, however.

THE CHAZ, or CHOP of Seattle, Washington
Antifa radicals set up shop in the area of Seattle, known as the CHAZ, after violent riots drove out responding police. The area that was taken over encompassed a 6 block radius, where they blocked off streets, and occupied the abandoned Police Department as well. The days were relatively safe, with free food being lovingly distributed to the poor and wandering homeless, many of whom were mentally ill and Antifa came across as compassionate enforcers, and of course as the White Saviors they consistently strive to be. Much like the Portland Occupy Movement of 2011, the Seattle Antifa proclaimed they were truly free and that this area of Seattle would be a kind of utopia, away from the abuses of rogue police officers and “privileged white people.”
They were wrong.
By evening chaos reigned. Large numbers of the local professional residents were bullied into paying fees to re-enter their apartments or lofts, after leaving to go to work during the day. This oftentimes meant handing over $20 bills to intimidating Antifa radicals who would physically bar them from re-entering their homes unless they handed over money for the privilege. This was done to WHITE persons who worked in the area, but not people of color who worked in the area.
The CHAZ/CHOP became a version of the Wild Wild West, with its worst times occurring during the night, with several sexual assaults being reported as well all throughout the area. Some residents were forced to leave due to the dangers presented by the Anitfa radicals and having no access to emergency services, if they had needed it. Many of these residents left their homes and stayed with family or in hotels and motels nearby.

The area was controlled by mostly WHITE Antifa radicals, roaming the streets after dark and armed with guns and other weapons. They monitored who arrived or left, and regularly harassed residents who were stuck there, with no where else to go, particularly if they appeared to be white or professional looking, if they saw them trying to enter or leave their homes. Many Antifa radicals were tasked with sitting at checkpoints in stolen office chairs, lounging around while monitoring who came and went, and communicating with other Antifa radicals via cell phones, all in an effort to maintain “security” of their new utopia.
The residents who were trapped in their apartments or condominiums had no way to access emergency services like ambulances or police. Even medication and medical supplies were no longer being delivered to residents because of the temporary occupation by Antifa and residents had to figure out alternative ways to get those items.
At night the violence continued unabated and there were shootings and knifings. Antifa apologists have stated that the area was prone to violence anyway, and that it was just people “sneaking in” who were causing the mayhem. Despite the shootings that took place, in which a total of three black men died, inside or near the entrances of the area, Antifa still stubbornly declared their “occupied” area in the CHAZ was safer than other parts of the city. Antifa radicals were monitoring who came and went, yet Antifa radicals refuse to accept any responsibility for involvement in the shootings, including the shootings of two unarmed black teenaged boys, one of whom died from gunshot wounds. It is reasonable to presume that the black men and boys who were killed were murdered by White Male Antifa radicals.
Then in August 2020, there was an incident in which BLM and Antifa radicals went parading into Seattle’s residential neighborhoods like cranky, entitled children, demanding that “white people” give up their homes and give them to “black people.” One radical can be heard shouting: “Get the FUCK out!” to people who had bought and paid for the homes they were legally living in. Another person is heard to scream: “Give us our shit back!”
The level of entitlement in that display was stunning, when you consider what message these people were sending. The message was clear — if you were a person of color, or low income, or homeless, that was automatically the fault of white people who were not low income or homeless, even if they were only lower middle class or just barely scraping by. This message was delivered with no thought to personal accountability for one’s own life or circumstances, or the sense of self-regard in taking control of your own life, but only a complete sense of entitlement — if you have something I don’t and it is something that I want, you are then required to give it to me.
These Antifa radicals were basically saying they were children and as children, also unable to control their own destinies. They were proclaiming their own helplessness, mediocrity and inability to accept responsibility for their own lives and demanding that other people — white people become their care givers. All while using things like the reality of systemic racism to justify their helplessness and entitlement to what other people have — if those other people just happened to be white. Reminding the residents of the CHAZ of systemic racism and appealing to white guilt was how these Antifa radicals tried to get this point across to the white people living in the CHAZ and struggling to get to work and pay their rent and other bills. But those white people were certainly not rich people, they were just lower income or lower middle class and struggling to survive, like so many in America today.
But if you were white, and a resident of the CHAZ, you were judged based on the color of your skin and not the content of your character. Antifa radicals apparently fail to see the irony in that for whatever reason.
The unworkable and untenable CHAZ/CHOP occupation in Seattle was dealt in July of 2020. Seattle police came in, in numbers and cleared the area of the squatters and “professional victims” playing the sometimes lucrative “Poverty Pimp Hustle” using the reality of racial injustice to warrant and justify violence, abuse and predatory behavior toward the legal residents of the area. There were dozens of arrests of people who refused to leave, who resisted leaving and resisted arrest and the area was returned to the citizens who live there, and again made accessible to police and ambulance and other emergency vehicles such as firetrucks. The East Precinct police station was also reclaimed, cleaned and repaired from all the garbage, refuse and damage left by the Antifa radicals.

Michael Forest Reinoehl: (1972–2020) a longtime unemployed Deadbeat Dad, who had only worked “odd jobs” during most of his life found a sense of purpose and importance after joining an Antifa cell in Portland, Oregon. Pictured to the left, Reinoehl identified as “100 percent Antifa!” and was often seen going to violent riots, dressed in military like gear and carrying weapons, including guns. Sometimes, amazingly, he brought along his two young children. Reinoehl murdered Aaron Danielson in cold blood during a violent protest in downtown Portland when a caravan of Trump supporters came to Portland and were met with Antifa radicals. Reinoehl later claimed that shooting the unarmed Danielson was “self-defense” but there is no evidence that corroborates his version of events based on the several videos taken of the shooting.
After Danielson was shot at point blank range, by Reinoehl, (pictured in photo to the right) a young obese female ANTIFA radical boasted on a loudspeaker that she and the other Antifa radicals had “taken out the trash” by killing Danielson. The link is here, to the left and readers can hear the happy, boastful way she gloats at the death of an unarmed man. Aaron Danielson left behind his family and a brown girlfriend, a woman of color. The obese woman boasted that one of their own within the ranks of Antifa had committed the MURDER of an unarmed man who was then designated as nothing more complex than human “trash.”

ANTIFA also attack black men who do not agree with their political ideologies. They do this after telling anyone who will listen that “BLACK LIVES MATTER!” This also, is another example of their blatant hypocrisy, deep seated ignorance of “the black experience” and general shortsightedness.
White Antifa radical, Blake David Hampe, a convicted sexual offender and pedophile with a long rap sheet and criminal record going back years, stabbed Drew Duncomb in Portland, Oregon in 2020. Duncomb was a conservative black activist and Trump supporter. Hempe stalked Duncomb and followed him for several blocks, during which he terrorized Duncomb and repeatedly called Duncomb “You NIGGER!” before finally cornering him and stabbing him in the back with a seven inch butcher knife in a blatant act of attempted MURDER. If Duncomb had not been helped by others to get to a hospital, he would have bled out and died from the knife wound, as the wound was a full FIVE inches deep. The assault was videotaped and used to convict Hampe of the assault.
Blake Hampe identifies as a committed ANTIFA radical, who is simply out to help people of color — black people. But Hampe showed his true colors and his true racist nature and deep seated hatred of black people when he ended up verbally abusing a Portland black man, calling him “Nigger” repeatedly, stalking him, and then stabbing him with a seven inch knife, because the man, Drew Duncomb, did not share Hempe’s radical political views.
Hempe illustrates the kind of mentally disturbed, potentially homicidal “Antifa” warriors who USE the ideas of social justice to justify their bloodlust and lust for violence. A person who truly cares about black people does not call them “Nigger” and does not try to stab them to death.

White Anfita radicals also call Black Portland police officers “Nigger” and even attack their appearances, as they did to Officer Jakhary Jackson, saying: “You have the BIGGEST nose I’ve EVER seen!” They have attacked black female PPB officers telling them that they “deserve to be raped.” These racist attacks are coming from white Antifa radicals who routinely justify their reprehensible behavior by accusing other white people of being racists and then screaming at anyone who will listen: “BLACK LIVES MATTER!”
They are the worst kinds of self-congratulating, smug WHITE SAVIORS out there. And completely blind to the darkness within themselves.
Apparently, these Antifa radicals are so low in intelligence that they fail to see the irony or hypocrisy in all of this. Or the fact that it is clear they’re not truly concerned with helping black people, but rather just in being young, and thrill seeking, with the cloak of fighting racism effectively hiding their true hateful intent as unhappy, maladjusted, neurotic malcontents.
“For women to kill, they generally must see their situation as life-threatening, as affecting the physical or emotional well-being of themselves or their children.” Overall, it is often noted that men and women tend to see the utility of violence in radically different ways. AGEISM, SEXISM, and RACISM is also alive and well within ANTIFA radicals. These dynamics are expressed in a myriad of different ways, from silencing people of color from expressing themselves, and sharing their perspectives, or speaking with or communicating with police officers, to literally attacking black people who are conservative, or do not agree with the ANTIFA mindset.
ANTIFA radicals continue to intimidate, threaten, assault and terrify elderly men and women who may exercise their constitutional right to disagree with them, or demand that they not destroy their homes, or houses and buildings with arson and homemade firebombs. This happens in the city of Portland and elsewhere in which elderly people are targeted by much younger Antifa radicals who try to shout them down, sometimes literally screaming at them, and not allowing them to speak or express themselves. Young Antifa radicals also appear completely unable to comprehend that people born sixty plus years before have been socially conditioned differently and may have a more conservative or traditional viewpoint regarding many aspects of life. Social conditioning is extremely difficult to change once an individual has progressed past the age of about 15 or 20. Antifa radicals think they can change this social dynamic through intimidation, threats and even assaults. Naturally, Antifa radicals cannot and will not. The contempt and hatred Anfita radicals demonstrate toward older people cannot be ignored. It is Ageism and generally has more to do with the attitude these young Antifa radicals have toward their own fractured relationships with their parents and grandparents than anything else.
In Portland, Oregon, August 6, 2020 a 77-year-old woman is assaulted with paint by crazed Antifa radicals who crowd around her, get in her face and terrorize her, mock her, laugh at her and cruelly verbally abuse her. She had begged them to please stop trying to destroy the police precinct they were targeting, explaining that that would not help her or the other residents in the area. She was then attacked for being white and told by a young woman: “It’s not YOUR world anymore!” which is as ludicrous a statement as has ever been heard.
Other women have been targeted as well, threatened and made to cower in fear, after dozens of Antifa radicals, actively on a rampage approach and then begin pontificating about social injustice and how they are doing something about it, while all others in their immediate vicinity are doing nothing. Again, the level of ignorance of these Antifa radicals is revealing and disappointing.
But as women make easy targets, they are found again and again.
And still the violence continues…..
Antifa began with noble ideals, somewhere around 1941 and Antifa radicals proudly share this fact, as if this justifies and validates their violence, assaults, and occasional instances of murder, but obviously, it does not. What they tend to ignore is that 1941 was exactly 80-years-ago. The men who identified as Antifa from 80-years-ago are from a lost time. A time of no television, no internet, no cell phones, email, Facebook, Snapchat, women’s rights, environmental concerns, or social justice as we know of it today.
80-years-ago is a lifetime ago, eight full generations. The reality is that the men of Antifa during 1941 would not approve of the conduct of current Antifa radicals. They would not approve of men and women assaulting old people, or stopping traffic and preventing mothers from getting home to feed their children when people all across this country and all across Oregon are experiencing food shortages and going hungry.
Many Antifa radicals claim they are like the men who fought in WW2, men like my father Dorsey Griffin, who was a staff Sergeant in the US Army and won a Bronze Star for Meritorious Achievement, because he, like them, are supposedly fighting against fascism. I knew what my father’s beliefs were. He was essentially a nonviolent man and believed in peaceful, truly peaceful protest. My father would NEVER approve of the violent, woman hating, Ageist, and hypocritical tactics used by the Antifa radicals of today. Never in a million years.
Antifa began with noble ideals, but it has morphed into a racialized group of WHITE men who are not above terrorizing elderly people, people of color, and also murdering in cold blood, unarmed people who may disagree with their political ideology.
* Antifa in Portland will burn itself out. It is a movement for the young, who inevitably get older.
ANARCHY IS NOT A WORKABLE SYSTEM. IT NEVER HAS BEEN AND NEVER WILL BE. TIME WILL DEMONSTRATE HOW FRAGILE AND UNWORKABLE THE ANTIFA IDEOLOGY REALLY IS AND HOW IT WILL NOT LAST.
AS PORTLANDERS, WE CAN EMBRACE SOCIAL JUSTICE. WE CAN WORK TOWARD ERADICATING RACISM AND HELPING TO SOLVE ILLS THAT THE ENTIRE NATION IS FACED WITH, LIKE THE OPIOID EPIDEMIC, THE CURRENT VIRAL PANDEMIC, THE ECONOMIC COLLAPSE THAT HAS RESULTED FROM THE PANDEMIC AND WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS.
WE CAN DO ALL OF THIS, WHILE ALSO EMBRACING SOCIAL HARMONY AND SAYING NO TO RADICALS.
ALL RADICALS ARE A THREAT TO SOCIAL JUSTICE EVERYWHERE. THIS INCLUDES PATRIOT PRAYER, PROUD BOYS AND ANTIFA, WHO HAVE BY FAR DONE THE MOST DAMAGE TO THE PORTLAND LANDSCAPE, AND ECONOMY, WHILE DOING VITUALLY NOTHING FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR IN PORTLAND OR ANYWHERE ELSE.

Theresa Griffin-Kennedy: I am freelance writer of creative nonfiction, a poet, fiction writer, history writer and contributing columnist for The online Portland Alliance Newspaper, the news website GoLocalPDX and the literary online magazine Live Encounters. I have been published in Pathos Literary Review, Street Roots Newspaper, and with Portland Monthly Magazine. I’m a social activist fighting for social change through writing as a social act. I paint abstract with mixed media and volunteer as a writing coach. I am the author of a book of poetry, Blue Reverie in Smoke: Collected Poetry: 2001–2016, and a book of short stories Burnside Field Lizard and Selected Stories, which was a finalist for the 2019 Next Generation Indie book award for Regional Fiction. both published through the Indie publishing company, Oregon Greystone Press.
