There’s some really awesome, practical advice in this article, Michele. I really enjoyed it.
For me personally, my biggest obstacle in losing weight was snacking. I did it all the time. So I would know how many calories a given meal was but have no idea how much I ate at the end of the day. If I could add anything here I would just say if you find yourself feeling hungry even though you’ve eaten plenty, take a second to consider that you may just be bored. Staying busy has been the best way for me to keep that extra eating in check.
It’s just like you said: you gotta listen to your gut :)
