The tale of suffering

We all are aware about the tragic event that happened on 20th July.

Chester Bennington, the man who was our voice during teenage years and everything about it, lost a fight he was tired of and gave in to his suffering.

Depression is a serious phase of life where one is constantly tired of fighting a battle within. A battle he wants to win but does not have the amour to do so or thinks that he is incapable.

In Psychology, we understand Depression as feelings of Hopeless, Helpless and Worthless. Although these three are the central themes of the negative thoughts a person has, the core issue lies much deeper.

I will elaborate more on this in the coming time, for now let’s see how we Linkin Park sang the battle unheard and unattended…
