Revival of Hope

Let’s give hope to the world today

It’s like the flood is washing away the heavens on us
Everyone is striving to run away from drown
I am scared that the sky is flushing out the light on us
We now lean on the day that we used to march till dawn

It’s like a thief has found for us what we lost
While we sleep in our youths, our fathers hawk their regrets
They sold costly at every junction but ended the trade loss
Here is pain neatly spread over their known rest

Evil is evident in the thought of our mind
Looking out through the windows of our left ventricle
We carry the death we hear in our ears tonight
Fear is sneaking his way through the door for our rescue

But I hear a sound of drums from distant
I hear the voice of salvation leading the vocals of victory
I hear strange tongues raining peace in the Chambers of our hearts
And there is an echo whispering "we shall overcome"

You are not alone
We are with you in spirit and soul
With our veins and our bone
Till we all find peace in our homes
