Train Derailment
February 3, 2023 the day life in the city of East Palestine changed forever. The Norfolk Southern owners of the train (50) cars derailed (10) of those cars filled with hazardous materials.
The investigation now reveals the cars carrying the hazardous materials wasn’t labeled as so. A violation of transportation rules.
This story goes back to a couple of months ago if you remember the rail workers were ready to go on strike for better hours and sick days to attend to health issues.
The Biden administration forced the rail workers to accept negotiations and forced them back to work. The rail workers said it was unsafe to continue this way.
The workers went back to work while the investors like Vandguard Black Rock make record profits.
The citizens of East Palestine have seen their homes and life changed forever. The chemical have found their way into the Ohio water system.
The wild life and pets of the citizens have been found dead.
The people of East Palestine were told after two days they could return home. The have reported symptoms from the control burn of the chemicals.
The responsibility for this event has started with local government working its way up to the Federal Government involvement.
The ones left to suffer will be the citizens of this city for years to come.
