For the life of me, I cannot understand why people in this massively rich country don’t have the courage to confront employers on wage theft. Because any time you’re paying workers less than the full value of their labor, you’re stealing from them. And this mass theft leads to hunger and food insecurity for millions of working people in the United States.

When a billion-dollar retailer like Walmart is holding food drives at their local stores, you know things have gone too far. Our entire society needs to find its conscience already.
