The Sunday afternoon that I visited the bistro was pretty busy. However, upon my arrival I was welcomed and greeted by the restaurant owner who was pretty inviting and friendly. I was taken to my seat and waited to be served. While placing my order it took a bit longer than I anticipated, but I was in no rush to go anywhere. I ordered the “Bistec a La Parilla” which is a grilled skirt steak covered with a chimichurri sauce. It comes with a mixed green salad, a side order of rice with black beans (GF). The steak was so tender and flavorful that I felt this explosion of flavor in my mouth. Among other dishes, the poultry and the salmon are also good choices. I definitely recommend trying out those dishes. They have quite a few selection of gluten free meals. Over all, the bistro is quite vivid; its vibrant wall definitely gives it a Latina style. It has two garage door walls which opens up and give you a nice outdoor view. If you ever find yourself in Brooklyn looking for a cozy place to relax or just want to chill and enjoy a good meal, I would definitely recommend this place!
