Thomas wants to get rid of the Netflix streaming error code!

Thomas has just read an article on a Netflix news site about the new content coming to Canadian and American Netflix in the upcoming month. He likes the content, and he even discovered some titles already available in those nations that he cannot see on Netflix in his hotel room in Vienna.

Luckily, Thomas has a subscription to a VPN provider. He opens the VPN application and connects to a server in the USA. He visits netflix.com and everything seems to be fine, at least for a while. As Thomas clicks the play button, he waits for a few seconds, and then suddenly he sees a Streaming error message with code M7111–5059. That is just bad. Maybe he just had some bad luck. He tries again, and this time Thomas connects to a server in Canada. He opens the Netflix website, finds the selected content, and clicks play. A few seconds passes by, and then it came again, but this time the streaming error code was M7037–1111.

Everything looks perfect until Thomas clicks the play button… then the streaming error shows up!

What is the solution to Thomas’ Netflix streaming error problem?

Thomas does some searching on the Internet looking for an answer. The biggest problem as he searches is the amount of outdated material. Lots of the articles and websites he visits contain information dating back to 2014 and 2015, and back then, you could use any VPN provider and easily change your Netflix region. But, since 2016 things have gotten much harder, and most VPN providers are blocked. As a consequence, Thomas has to look for updated information that will help him get rid of the streaming error message on Netflix.

In other words, the solution to the problem is still the same if you want to access another Netflix region. You need to use a VPN to change your Netflix region. But, you need to find a VPN provider that actually does the job.

Which VPN providers can help you access other Netflix regions?

After some thorough research (and testing), Thomas has come to the following conclusion. There are, quite a lot of VPN providers that will let you access American Netflix. In fact, there are some VPN providers that automatically connects you to American Netflix, no matter which VPN server you connect to. That might be a blessing (as you do not need to connect to an American server to access American Netflix), but if you have a hope of accessing some other Netflix region, it is 100% impossible.

There is, however, one website that Thomas finds that catches his interest. At netflix.fromabroad.org he found updated information on how to access quite a lot of different Netflix regions (including Netflix in England, in the Netherlands, in France, in Italy, in Germany, in Canada, in the United States, and some more nations).

As he read through the articles on that website, he understood that he needs to cancel his current VPN subscription and get an ExpressVPN subscription instead. This service seems to have worked with American Netflix without stop for years, and they also work with 5–6 other regions (including Canadian, English, and Dutch Netflix).

Thomas finally got rid of the Netflix streaming error messages

Thomas doesn’t like spending money online. Buying a new VPN subscription is okay, but Thomas is afraid of buying something that do not really work. He is, however, comforted by the 30-day refund policy of ExpressVPN, meaning that he will get his money back if he complains within thirty days. What makes him even calmer, is the fact that people have actually reported that they got their money back upon asking for a refund.

Thomas takes the chance and signs up for ExpressVPN. He quickly downloads the ExpressVPN application to his computer, and less than 5 minutes later he has opened the application.

He first connects with the ExpressVPN connection, and at once he can stream Star Wars: The Last Jedi on American Netflix.

He then connects to a server in the United States (see screenshot above), and once the connection has been made, he visit netflix.com and stream Star Wars: The Last Jedi. There are lots of other movies as well that Thomas wants to stream, but as a dedicated Star Wars fan, he wants to start with this quite new movie.

After a few days, Thomas has spend way to much time on Netflix. He has enjoyed content in the United States, in Canada, in England, and in the Netherlands. He has watched lots of movies, and an extra amount of TV series that he couldn’t see in his hotel room in Vienna.

Soon he is planning on returning to the United States, but he will for sure keep his ExpressVPN subscription, because he will use it to access all those other Netflix regions.

ExpressVPN hasn’t given him the solution to all problems. They still have servers that are blocked by Netflix, meaning that he still sees the M7037–1111 and the M7111–5059 streaming error messages from time to time. But, he has still gained access to lots of interesting regions, so he doesn’t care so much.

Are you struggling with the Netflix streaming error message just like Thomas did? You do not have to struggle with it anymore. Click the link above and give ExpressVPN a try. If you sign up for 12 months, you even get three months of subscription extra for free (Thomas is a bit angry that he didn’t sign up for that package at first).
