Moving offices: How do you capture a company’s culture in a physical space?

Zach after checking out the company pictures on the Quartz tumblr, I think I might have one idea. Outgoing creative people abound in your office. One way to show, not only their outgoing nature, but also to spread the creative juices, might be to institute “the giant monitor of Quartz”. Imagine an enormous monitor which takes center stage along a prominent wall. Rather than displaying statistical data about customers and KPIs, each day a different employee connects their PC. For the entire day, the lucky enployees’s monitor, and therefore their creative process, is broadcast to the entire viewing office. Every backspace. Every misspelled word. Everything. I think seeing the creative process in other people is both inspiring and creativity expanding.
