  1. Love that they showed a clumsy, mistake-prone superhero in the making. That made this origin story very believable and real.
  2. Michael Keaton was Jamie Foxx-as-Bats level menacing. I really liked it. He’ll never outdo his menacing creep factor in Pacific Heights, but Vulture was awesome. In the credits scene, I don’t think we should be fooled by his not giving up Peter’s name…it’s not sympathy. II think he wants to keep it to himself so he can kill Peter HIMSELF.
  3. I think we all kind of deserved Captain America’s message at the very end….but at the same time, isn’t it Marvel’s fault alone for why we now wait out the credits for every one of their movies?!?! So Cap was kind of like the drug dealer making fun of his customer’s addiction. No?
  4. How perfect is it that they kept the “Jarvis” role in the family?! (casting Jennifer Connolly as “Karen”?)
