Overcoming Challenges and Building for the Future

It was an incredible feeling to launch TORA amidst so much fanfare at the Polycon 2023 conference. We have been working tirelessly to create a platform that aggregates high-quality projects operating on the Polygon/Matic chain in one place, and it was gratifying to see our vision come to life.

The launch was not without its challenges, however. Despite our comprehensively audited token and governance contract being deployed perfectly, network congestion and an RPC problem caused our record-breaking Polygon exclusive airdrop to be reverted back to our wallet the next day. This caused concern among our community, and we understand how important it is to deliver on our promises. Rest assured, we have put measures in place to ensure all due tokens will reach the wallets they were meant for in due time.

Despite this setback, we remain committed to the long-term success of the project. We are proud to have already locked over $100K through our liquidity and treasury with Pinklock, and we are excited about the partnerships we have in the works.

Our next mission is to launch a specialized claim URL for the top 150 wallet holders for many of the top 25 DeFi, NFT, metaverse, and gaming projects on Polygon. We are also preparing for the Polycon 2023 AirdropV2, where any passholders missing their coins can collect them soon. We have impending partnerships to finalize and announce, and we can’t wait to share all of these developments with you.

During the Polycon 2023 conference, we found a proud strategic partner in Jordan Charters, Co-Founder PolyDoge and creator of POLYCON 2023. Jordan is working behind the scenes to link potential partners with TORA and is an absolute mastermind in the crypto scene. We are over the moon to have him as our lead advisor and hope to have many more such partners along our exciting journey into the crypto cosmos.

We are uniquely positioned to solve several problems from Polygon’s perspective, and we believe that by aggregating high-quality projects operating on the Polygon/Matic chain in one place, we can raise awareness and visibility for these projects, ultimately benefiting Polygon as a whole.
