Sara, What a great idea!!! I mean really, literally. Yesterday I had to go to the DMV to “register” my car (120.00), then I had to pay to insure it ($400.00), then I had to fill the tank ($35.00), then I found out that I had outstanding tickets from my old neighborhood totalling $520.00. I’ve been unemployed, and didn’t have the money for the tickets, and now I don’t have it for the rent. But hey, I can get a gun any old time! Regulate with fines, taxes, registration fees, required classes, licences to be renewed, loss of license for 3 years if fees aren’t paid, just like with a car. Brilliant. Loved it!
