Despite mention of the Accords throughout Phase 4, it’s hard to say if they’re having any impact.There almost seems to be no purpose to mentioning them except to remind audiences of their existence.So, the news of the Sokovia Accords getting enacted isn’t too shocking-now Marvel Studios won’t have to worry about that rule set whenever a new hero is introduced.As a result, getting rid of those laws will certainly have some effect on the infinite saga.
