Nagsasa Cove: From Mountain to Sea

After 13 hours of hiking Mt. Balingkilat we finally reach our destination — Nagsasa cove.

We set our camp here and spent the night gazing the stars. After an hour we sleep on our tent.

The next day, we stroll the beach.

The sand is not that white and fine due to the ashes that came from Mt. Pinatubo when it erupted in June, 1991. Despite this, Nagsasa cove is still a spectacular place. The sound of the wind swaying the agoho trees surrounding this place is a melody in my ears. The scenic views will make you realize and appreciate the wonder of His mighty hands.
