Thanks for writing this. Enjoyed it. I’ll also add, that when you start exercising, you don’t need to “push it to the limit”. Start by just walking 15 mins a day. The more difficult you set your exercise goals, the higher the chance of you skipping the gym, which leads to feeling defeated and not going again and again and the cycle goes on. Small attainable goals.
