I don’t know if there can be one type of school that would work for everyone. Though, I am a big fan of learning by doing. I think a good school for startup marketers could be based on the way Xavier Niel’s school, 42, is running: learning by doing projects.

Let’s imagine a minute a school where students would be given projects in which they would learn to run Adwords, Facebook/Twitter/WhateverOtherSocialMedia ads, then analyze the results on Google Analytics and draw conclusions. They would also have Photoshop/Illustrator and programming courses, that they would directly apply on their projects. Doesn’t it make more sense?
