Just because you have a problem, doesn’t mean there is enough of an audience of people who also have that problem. And even if there is, they don’t necessarily want the solution that you want. And even if they do, they don’t necessarily want it implemented in the same way.
If you don’t know your audience, you won’t accomplish shit.
