A room full of women collaborators and game changers.
This past weekend, N2N made its stop to Philadelphia, a tour event series curated by both The PR Girl Manifesto and Personally Rachel Group. This tour is a two-day treat where attendees can engage in its own pre-event cocktail hour the evening before the actual conference day. Sounds like a party, if I do say so myself!
COCKTAIL POWER HOUR.
By far was a warming way to kick-off the eventful weekend ahead with complimentary sips and small bites. The happy hour was hosted at a natural hair beauty supply and lifestyle boutique, Marsh + Mane, and on top of it being a super cute and inviting space for someone who came alone like myself- I was in product heaven the entire time! This taste had me eager to see what the next day would be like.
SO, LET ME BE THE FIRST TO TELL YOU.
Upon arriving, you are greeted with excitement, which made me more eager to be there. I won’t lie, I was apprehensive coming alone to an event where there were many entrepreneurial women in one space, but the environment was empowering and filled with so much love and authenticity. It was nice to know that most women there had the same intention as me — seeking more direction on their professional goals and open to any advice on evolving their brand along with themselves. Also, there were diverse, inspiring speakers that touched on personal branding, sponsorships, and growing your tribe and community. “Community over competition” was the whole vibe of the room- it allowed me to feel less hesitant with making my voice heard.
OH, & LET ME NOT FORGET.
There were more sips and small bites, free goodies, and vendors that provided even MORE resources to help in navigating and up keeping our own personal lives. My personal favorite was the affirmation station, where we could make a vow to ourselves on this journey. I most certainly was not disappointed.
YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY CATCH THE TOUR IN A CITY NEAR YOU!
Whether you are a musical artist like myself, work in PR and communications, a writer or blogger, or simply want more tips on how to effectively build your brand and image as an influencer. No matter your niche, you are sure to walk out feeling more self-empowered with a web of resources and new connections.
