Self-defense
I am currently taking a self-defense class at Myanmar Women’s Self-defense Center where we are trained how to protect ourselves from being attacked or insulted by not-good people. I decided to attend this class as the city where I live in currently becomes full of crimes, especially street crimes. So, as a female who is in her twenties and who is standing on her own foot, I decided to attend this class to have more confidence and safety whenever and wherever I go. While attending this class, I feel I become stronger and smarter and gets more trust in myself, and sincerely suggest every female should go to such classes.
It would be great everyone in this world were good persons. Unluckily, it is not happening now and all we can do is to try to become good persons and to help people become good persons as much as we can. But even Buddha cannot help some people to become good ones, right?
So, to protect ourselves and our beloved ones from such people, we do need self-defense, not only physically but also mentally.
For physical self-defense, we can train our body at such self-defense trainings. For mental self-defense, we can train our brain and heart at libraries.
With love,
