Not to further scrutinize your shopping list, but since I know you’re trying to cut your expenses… try a french press, percolator or reusable mesh filter for coffee. It’s kinda like canned vs dried beans, small savings but better outcome all around anyway.
And personally (and there’s a lot of controversy around this so take it as you will) I don’t think the multivitamin is doing you any good. Unless you have a particular deficiency, eating fruits and veggies is gonna be fine.
