a note about les grands voisins

“great neighbors”- this space that once housed a hospital has been reclaimed by a group of artisans and creators to form a neighborhood in the middle of paris. on these grounds, you can find various art studios, sustainability projects, along with urban campgrounds.

i stayed in the nearby hammock style housing (not pictured here)

also not shown are bike powered charging ports and laundry and bee hives

at the end of the day, collaborators from all over the area come together to drink and have a good time!

overall: though there is no wifi or ac here, if you are interested in exploring how the parisian youth are creatively reclaiming spaces, i would highly suggest les grands voisins!
