Substitute all instances of the word “women” with “black people” or any other racial minority. Would it still be sound and “well reasoned?” Why is it ok to say this about women but not other minorities? Since the beginning of time men have wrung their hands at women being included in public life. “Women can’t vote, they are too hysterical!”

Also, the reason women may have more “agreeableness” is not due to any inherent biological trait, but because we are trained from birth to be compliant. Any women who show a backbone or assertiveness are labeled “unlikable,” “bitches,” or “difficult.” Maybe that is why we are subject to more “neuroticism.”

Plenty of men seek work-life balance. Most humans do. Have you noticed Europe as compared to here? Longer vacations, more support for parents, and often shorter work days. Both men and women expect this. But not here in the good old US of A, where our corporate-overlord, robber-baron bosses control all our lives. These same overlords who have seen their income rise exponentially while the rest of us working shmucks work harder and harder but do not earn more.

This is just more gender essentialist bullshit trying to sound smart. Libertarians: sanctimonious, bloviating twats all.
