A New Kind of Journaling
Todd Brison

For one year I journaled every day, and the only rule was I had to write the date and then something. Some days I wrote one word (those days were great and that one word was usually not G-Rated) and then some days I would write long stream of consciousness poems. I used it to get words on paper, and not as mental stretching, but love this idea!

I haven’t journaled in a long long time now, it’s funny how before it was instinctive and now feels like a ball-ache. I’m going to give your micro system a go, thanks for you thoughts!
