Bio

From an early age, Sandro Fonseca (Mindelo, Cape Verde), an audiovisual artist, showed interest in technology and art. For that reason, he participated in several training and workshops, including the Cachupa Factory (a workshop on photojournalism and storytelling), Festival Oiá (a film production workshop), and the renowned code training from Code Academy. As a result, he is skilled in OOP, Java, JavaScript, and Web Development.

Sandro also significantly volunteered at some secular and religious associations and communities. In addition, he worked providing audiovisual services in some companies, namely: Square Films, WDI4U-Dope Studio, Korikaxoru Films, O2 Cabo Verde, among others. Furthermore, he has been a freelancer, contracted photographer/video maker, and independent movie producer for some years as well as providing digital marketing services.

Sandro is a dynamic and versatile professional, willing to face any challenge.
Humility, honesty, and assertiveness are qualities he upholds. As art is life for him, he uses his art to inspire the world and bring brightness to other people’s lives. But ultimately, Sandro’s passion is helping people find and explore their creativity through his own.
