Parrots

Parrots, varying widely in size, and colour, and geographical range (they are found in the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, the islands of Oceania, Central America, and South America, and in many of the small islands that dot the Pacific), are some of the most entertaining of birds. They are bright, cheerful, clownish, temperamental, and irascible. Some people who keep parrots say that their parrots are completely devoted to them, almost doglike, and yet there are others who say that their parrots hate them, or their boyfriend, or mother, or some member of the family. The parrot personality is even less predictable than a cat’s. They are creatures of whimsy, and deep, and often seemingly unreasonable, passion. It is impossible to say what sets a parrot off. They are not really fully tamed. Yet when the relationship between parrot and person is a good one, there is nothing else like it in the entire universe.

It is absolutely essential that you treat an animal this unique right. So, since it is necessary that a pet bird has a cage (even if you fly your bird it needs a cage to be safe from cats, and other dangers), if you have a pet parrot it should be your first priority to select the cage most suited to its needs.
