艱難生存中找尋屬於自己心靈嘅居所

「如果你想變成更好的自己,你必須盡力離開你的comfort zone。」依句說話聽過無數次,但係一諗到就已經好辛苦,因為,by definition,離開係comfort zone係好唔舒服嘅一件事。

瑜珈老師教導:「When you are doing it, you have to want it.」意思係,我地修練本來唔係為咗痛苦嘅本身,我地黎到修練係要係瑜珈墊上做到心靈上同身體上嘅解脫同開展,而要做到依一點,我地首先要接受依度一切嘅動作同呼吸,接受佢地同你既身體interact。依個就係點解開始做任何運動前,我一定會留少少時間meditate。Meditate嘅過程就係好好咁go through一件事:「Why the hell am I even doing this?」過程中唔需要催趕自己快啲準備好,因為依個時間係好重要,試諗諗,你身體做一件事係需要腦袋去帶領,但係如果你個腦根本未準備好,唔係自己打自己咩?
