How I adjusted my startup life to become a hands-on dad

Hey Yoni,

Thank you for your great article, you actually described how I feel and lead my life. I have a 3,3 year old and a 3 months old. I don’t work for a start-up and I’m able to leave work every day at 5 pm. I’m up every morning at 5 am like you, but the day ends a bit later as my 3 year old daughter doesn’t go to sleep before 9:15–9:45 pm. I rediscover the world through my kids!

I love nature and photography, and I know what you mean when you say that it’s challengin to keep up with your interests as a young commited parent. Sometimes, energy levels can get a bit low…

My commute is very long, and I’m sure that working from home would be ideal for a lot of parents.
