January Challenge was to write 1 article every single day during 30 days. This is what I did during the past 90 days.
February Challenge was to lose 10kg in 4 weeks. I lost 6 and changed my eating habits for Intermittent Fasting since then.
March Challenge was to fast for 72h. I did it and plan on doing it again once a month.
The idea doesn’t come from me.
6 weeks ago, I wrote an article about why I failed all my morning routines and what I did to change it.
I though the idea I shared in this post was smart and efficient.
Until a few days ago, when Guillaume Ongenae commented something starting by: “As a standalone, this is a wrong idea. Let me tell you why and fix it for you.”
I don’t know who he is, and the first read of his comment made me feel I was being schooled.
But he got a point.
And a good one.
In my initial post, I was suggesting adding simple tasks to the morning routine and focus in achieving, let’s say, 60% of the list to consider it a success.
The goal being to not feel pressured by the idea of doing each and every item of the morning routine every single day.
