Well, I agree. I’ve already been “victim”of a streaming service shutdown (the German Simfy). If a major service closes, I’d hope they manage it properly — which should include an export (as a spreadsheet or so). But like you, I can only speculate. Anyway, your worry nicely proves the point that people who argue that there aren’t switching costs in music streaming are wrong. Playlists lock you in over time…
