I believe the issue revolves around two differing views on restrooms. Right wingers seem to associate bathrooms with sex, making it dirty and nasty. Larry Craig comes to mind. Or that diaper GOPer guy, I forget his name. Progressives think of the bathroom as a place to conduct normal biological functions in privacy. Nothing titillating or nasty about it. Which view seems more rational and logical? You be the judge. LOL
