Regarding “shipping from Hong Kong and customs duties”… I recently got a kickstarter product shipped from Hong Kong andit got stuck for weeks at customs in Austria before clearance. I had to get additional documents from the kickstarter company.

For which countries does the remarkable team have experience for shipping from Hong Kong? Norway has similar processes than other European countries like Austria. Will customs documentation for clearance be taken care of?
