Thank you for doing this right up. It is more than what I can find on intercom.io’s site. I’ve got to questions as I can’t seem to get things to work right.

The first is secured mode. I’ve done the code as you wrote as well as the code that intercom.io provided and neither one is triggering the secured mode. Is this something you got working and if so do you have any suggestions.

The other is the passing of the user name and email address over to the intercom.io messaging app. I get the name and email when the user is using google chrome but not when they are using microsoft edge. Have you run in to the issue or do you know of a work around?
