  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run window, and then write services.msc in the box and hit Enter.
  2. The next step is to select QuickBooksDBXX, and check for the start-up type to be automatic.
  3. Then, check the status of the service of QuickBooksDBXX and ensure that it is started.
  4. After that, the user is required to click on Recovery tab, check the First failure drop-down menu and select Restart the service option.
  5. Now, click on Apply and Ok respectively.
