Thrive meets Malta Authorities
Last Friday May 11th Thrive management team was hosted by the Parliamentary Secretariat for Digital Economy & Innovation in Malta, part of the Office of the Prime Minister.
Malta has made it obvious that it wants to become the “Blockchain island” and it seems determined to achieve its goal. A notable confirmation that Malta is moving in the right direction regarding Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) regulation was the recent announcement by Binance and OKEx.
Thrive is one of the most successful ICO Malta based, partnering with strong Maltese professional services as Juanafil, WH Partners and Intelliblock.
Several topics has been discussed with a strong focus on Thrive expansion plans in Malta. It means not only new collaborations with local service providers’ ecosystem but as well a bigger office to rapidly scale up the development team.
It is just the beginning of a great journey and Thrive Labs confirmed to Mr. Schembri (Minister for Financial Services, Digital Econ. & Innovation) the strong commitment in becoming a proud ambassadors of Malta Blockchain Island program.
Thrive participated at Consensus
In order to get new insights on the latest trends and opportunities in the advertising industry, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, Thrive attended the Consensus conference in NY.
With more than 250 speakers and 4,000 attendees from the leading industry startups, investors and enterprise tech leaders, is the world most famous event in the blockchain space.
News on Exchanges
Thrive secured its first exchange with Qryptos.
Following up our community reaction, an AMA was organized to answer main Thrive’s community questions and to better understand Qryptos strategy and plans moving on.
Thrive’s community asked to vote the option to list on Qryptos by the end of April or to delay both listing and tokens distribution until a second exchange will be secured.
In line with our community voting results, Thrive respected the choice to delay it.
In the meanwhile, the Token claim process has been activated.
In the last few weeks, Thrive team worked hard with main exchanges to provide all documentation needed to be fully compliant with listing applications.
Unfortunately, the majority of top exchanges are in the middle of due diligence process or in the middle of their listing criteria renewal.
Both actions are tremendously slowing down the entire listing process.
Thrive team will continue to stay closely in touch with majors exchanges to get updates on applications during the next 2 weeks.
In case it should take more time than expected, Thrive team reserves the right to launch the THRT token in Qryptos, in the next few weeks.
Thrive Tech Updates: Hackathon coming soon
Following up the ICO closure, the Thrive team has been very busy in activating the token claiming process and following up with its listing strategy. However, this does not mean we stopped our platform development.
We worked closely with our partners to fine-tuning our marketing affiliate portal that will be shortly launched to back up upcoming ICOs. This is a great news that will help Thrive product positioning in the advertising industry.
The development of our blockchain concept is moving on as well in the right direction and the team is catching up with the planned timeline.
As part of its business plan, it is time to push on the accelerator and speed up our marketplace developments. Therefore, in the upcoming weeks will be announced the first Thrive Hackathon, hosted in Malta, aimed to scout new talented people and expand the core team.
