Outpost Surge is a new turn-based strategy deck-builder game coming to Berachain. Since Mars is a new destination for many, the astronauts at the Interplanetary Space Alliance (ISA) have launched an exploration campaign to shed some light on the Bera lore.

Join the Beratardigrade Exploration Mission

Also known as water bears, Tardigrades are microscopic, eight-legged animals that can survive in extreme environments. They will probably be the first signs of life on Mars.

Your goal is simple: Learn about each Beratardigrade and collect (mint) as many unique ones as you can. They will be free to mint. Each unique variety you mint, you’ll earn Galxe points. Top Galxe points holders will get allowlist positions.

The ISA has identified a set of unique Tardigrades that have popped up on the Mars radar, each with their own bera-themed traits and characteristics.

So far the ISA has identified around 10 distinct Beratardigrades. We will spotlight each of these creatures and simultaneously explore the Berachain projects & communities associated with them.

Beratardigrade Exploration Mission Activities:

• AMAs and interviews on Twitter / X and Discord with projects in the Berachain ecosystem, where you can score points towards the allowlist.
• Galxe Beratardigrade Mission Quests, where you can score points towards the allowlist.
• Limited-time mints of Beratardigrade creatures, where you can score points towards the allowlist.

Score points by completing quests and climb the leaderboard. Top points scorers will get allowlist spots, so if you follow along over the coming weeks you will be able to maximize your points!

How it works

• Outpost Surge Onboarding Quest (live now) — Our first set of onboarding tasks are intended to get you familiar with the Outpost Surge game, Thrive on Mars ecosystem, community, and launch details.
• Beratardigrade Mission Quests (coming soon) — Each Beratardigrade will have its own Galxe mission, which will start soon. Join these to earn more Galxe Points.

We will announce the allowlist snapshot as we get closer to the game launch.
