Moving as a child can change who you are as an adult

I disagree with the implications of the article. By the time I was 13, I had moved five times, through three countries and five cities. I attended local schools and was always known as the kid who couldn’t speak the local language. To a child, moving demonstrates that sometimes, the things that turn your life upside down, you can’t do anything to change their course. As a kid, I had to decide between two options: to resist the change, or, to go with it….
