When I was a software engineer, I hated it when my PM came to me at the 11th hour and asked me to change a feature.

I wanted to say to my PM: “Do you know how much work it took to make this little widget spin? You want me to remove it now? I hate you.”

Instead, I said: “Okay” and I went back to work while fanning fumes coming outta my ears.
