Yup, agree.

On the other hand I used to mention gmail on the desktop: when it started everyone was worried about not having access to emails when the «internet was down». After a while, as desktop internet became more reliable, this stopped being an issue most people would worry about.

Of course then mobile happened and it changed it all over again.

But I’m not sure anymore if we’ll ever have wireless networks as reliable as the wired ones we have today. (And today’s ddos outages might be warnings that everything could even get worse, not better)
