Typography & scale

Typography, the design champion in 2022. In 2023 the winner does it again.

We started to see more and more works with an exclusive focus on typography. It went from being just the typographic element to being more than that. It became part of the illustration and communication of an entire brand.

More elaborate typography, more minimalist, and the leading role of both identity and web design.

For the year 2023, typography is once again the main role, but with the help of scale. We started to treat typography size to give more emphasis to context/content and message.

For the next year, we will see many works and brands adopt this style, typography, and scale.

To complement those areas, there will be one that will give body and sustainability to this. The rules.

We have to know the rules to then know how to break them.

More and more we see more complex grids and more and more we see diversity in all things design. From graphic design as well as the web. We are increasingly exploring grids, hierarchies, and layouts, and this year we will see this more pronounced in all graphic supports, mobile phones, and computers.

The Year 2023 will be for exploring these three issues to the extreme and seeing how far we can go with this deconstruction and dynamism that all brands can bring.

Inteligencia artificial on design

In the past year, we saw artificial intelligence becoming increasingly autonomous. Programs that already make art, DALL·E, and also guess what we want to write and help us improve our writing.

This year, this will take another giant step, helping digital marketing, campaigns, copy for the web, and everything else.

Technology is here to help us.
