I feel like anxiety is made out to be super important while at the same time completely ignored. When people take every anxiety super seriously, they get overwhelmed. They start to lose perspective and lose control of their lives. So then they try to block them out all together.
I think we need to treat anxiety is a more balanced manner, because it’s important! It’s not the be-all end-all and it’s not always an accurate depiction of reality, but it is a very important signal, one that should influence our lives and affect our decisions.
