That being said, you are wrong in this article. Yes, superficially none of the leaders of opinion have any skill in the game. They are also very limited in their understanding (being so well adapted to their artificial world at the core of the US empire where they make their own reality).

But those are just proximate causes. Without becoming too paranoid, I want to ask cui prodest? After all, we are all part of a slowly collapsing empire that is fighting tooth and nail to retain its 25/30% of world energy and resources respectively.

Just like in the past, catabolic collapse starts by consuming the farther regions. By reducing this countries to unlivable hells, they are less people to bid for our oil under their feet. Why do you think ISIS continues to sell oil under the nose of US troops?
